New Eco friendly engines will be manufactured at Ford's plant in Bridgend. The news has been welcomed by Plaid MEP, Jill Evans. The European Investment Bank is providing Ford with £450 million to develop new Eco friendly engines. That includes a major upgrade for the manufacturing facility at Bridgend. Jill Evans says it ticks too boxes by safeguarding jobs and creating a greener car industry in Wales. |
