A health expert from Edinburgh says he is seriously concerned that there could be a BSE epidemic in farmed fish. The dramatic statement came out at a conference organised by Scottish Conservative, Struan Stevenson. Professor Michael Crawford is an expert on the brain and nutrition. He says that upsetting the natural diet of fish by feeding them vegetables, instead of fish oils, could create a disease on a par with BSE in cows. |
